mystery illness????

My mom is up with me holding hayden right now. I'm trying to find something on the internet to describe what hayden is going through. It's some weird thing. I'm calling the pediatrician in the morning. He has had a fever for 3 days. Today, instead of a fever, he was sweaty and clammy. Then he woke up at 12:30am in obvious pain. He would fall asleep and then jolt awake and start screaming. He couldn't sit still. He keeps kicking his legs and crying. I'm really worried because there is nothing obvious. No diarrhea, his stomach doesn't feel bubbly or upset, he just went to the doctor like a week and a half ago and he didn't have an hear infection and he's not pulling on his ears. He has a tooth coming in, but I have talked to a lot of moms and none of them mentioned symptoms like this with teething. We gave him a dose of tylenol, and an hour later a dose of ibuprofen because he seems like he is in so much pain. He is finally sleeping on my mom, but he does keep jumping in his sleep. I'm worried. I want him to sleep with me in my bed if he ever does sleep.
